We are a family owned business that cares about laundry, because it's not just laundry; it's your laundry, and that's what makes us different from other companies.

FAQ

Once you have an account, we will pick up your laundry and wash dry and fold it just as you like. We will then deliver it the very next day. You don't have to worry about being home. Just leave it by your front door. For your first pick up, you can put the clothes in a plastic bag and when you get your delivery, you'll have a free Fluff and Fold laundry bag to use. We will remind you the night before pick up and the driver will send you a text message once he's on the way to your home.

We charge $1.99 per pound for our wash and fold service with next-day delivery. If you choose to use us every week, we do have a discounted rate of $1.79 per pound. For things like comforters and dry cleaning these items are charged by the piece, you can see our full price list when you create an account.

Unlike some services, we do not charge any delivery fee but we do have a minimum charge of $35. This means if your order is under $35 we will bill it for the minimum.

Your laundry is weighed when the order is finished and dry on a commercial-grade scale that is inspected and certified by the state of New Jersey. All bedding and dry cleaning items are not weighed, but billed by the piece.

Yes, we do! Our dry cleaning service is also eco-friendly / organic. Our dry cleaning turnaround time is 48 to 72 hours.

Yes, we service both residential customers as well as commercial accounts. We also offer smoke remediation services as well.

Where you would like your laundry picked up and delivered to is completely up to you. Most people just leave it by their front door. We have done over 50,000 pick up and delivery orders and have never had an issue whether our customers are in Rumson, Ocean Township or Asbury Park. Be sure to tell us in your pick-up and drop-off instructions when you sign up for service iif we need a door code to get into your building.

Absolutely not! We hate fees!

When your order is cleaned, we will charge your credit card on file. If the card is declined, you will get an email and text message letting you know. Please update your credit card as soon as possible to avoid any delay in receiving your order. Our drivers will attempt to deliver your order. When you are the next stop, our drivers will try to charge your card on file again. If the card is declined, your delivery will be skipped and the order will be returned to our store. Once your credit card is updated, we will deliver your order on the next available day.

The night before your pick up, we will send you a reminder to leave your laundry out for pick up. If for some reason you forget, you can cancel your order right from our website up till an hour before we start driving our routes. If our drivers come to your home and are unable to pick up your order, depending on the circumstances there may be a $12 miss pick up charge. This is because our delivery routes serve a select number of customers and by offering a pick up to you we are not allowing someone else to have a pick up. Our drivers are also spending their time to get to your home and there is cost on our end for gas and our drivers pay. This missed pick up charge helps us recuperate some of the cost by not being able to get your order.
